END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY USING OR INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE, OR BY PLACING OR COPYING THIS SOFTWARE ON YOUR COMPUTER HARDWARE, COMPUTER RAM OR ANY OTHER STORAGE MEDIUM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.Eurosoft International Inc. hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use the software "ClayGun demo" (the Software). This is a non-interactive release which is intended for demonstrational and testing purposes
USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Back up your device before installing or using this software.
It is free to use following the conditions in this EULA.YOU MAY:
- use the Software on any PocketPC;
- copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices.
- make copies and redistribute to friends
- permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above;
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
- provide the Software as an Internet download unless you are a designated online distributor;
- upload the registered version of the Software to the Internet;
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction),
- create derivative works based on the Software;
- copy the Software (except as specified above);
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
TERMINATION
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not Eurosoft International Inc. assume the entire cost of any service and repair.
EUROSOFT INTERNATIONAL INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. THE USER ASSUMES ALL RISK WHEN RUNNING THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain to Eurosoft International Inc.

FMOD End User License Agreement
FMOD's names, sources, documentation and binaries contained within the distributed archive are copyright Firelight Technologies, Pty, Ltd. 1994-2004.
The contents of the FMOD distribution archive may not be redistributed, reproduced, modified, transmitted, broadcast, published or adapted in any way, shape or form, without the prior written consent of the owner, Firelight Technologies, be it by tangible or non tangible media.
The FMODCE.DLL file may be redistributed without the authors prior permission, and must remain unmodified. The use of dll 'static linking' tools is discouraged.
FMOD may not be used in a commercial product, or product that directly or indirectly receives income with the aid of the FMOD sound library, without a commercial license from Firelight Technologies. Releasing a product without a commercial license in this instance is a breach of the FMOD EULA and parties who violate this license will be prosecuted under the full extent of the law.
